Licensed Psychological Examiner LPE-I


Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) to join our behavioral health team. The LPE-I will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, interpreting test results, and providing comprehensive reports to support the diagnosis and treatment of clients. This role is critical in helping our organization deliver high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations using standardized assessment tools.
  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests to assess cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate psychological reports, including diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide feedback to clients, families, and other stakeholders regarding assessment results and recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychological assessment and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) in Arkansas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychological assessment and testing.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a wide range of psychological tests.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a behavioral health or clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable).

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
  • Some travel may be required for off-site assessments.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary.
