Position Details

  • Full-Time position in our Outpatient Program
  • 40 hours
  • Nonexempt
  • Hot Springs

Position Summary

Mitigates the disconnect between behavioral health crises within emergency departments and access to outpatient mental health care under the direction of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Management and in alignment with OBHAW's mission, vision, and values.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience in behavioral health required.
  • Handle with Care de-escalation training or obtain upon hire.
  • Clean driving record and background check.
  • Working knowledge of and ability to use computer for email and electronic medical record.
  • Elder/child abuse statues and mandated reporting.
  • Ability to excel and create a significant impact while honoring the distinct cultural beliefs, behaviors, and needs of clients and the community.
  • Excellent organizational, telephone, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification as a Qualified Behavioral Health Paraprofessional (QBHP)
  • Valid driver's license.
