Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives and creating positive change in our community.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in office management software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Docusign and Adobe.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools and phone systems is essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support directly to the CEO , including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

-Prepare and edit documents using DocuSign or Adobe for electronic signatures and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.

- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents to facilitate executive decision-making and strategic planning.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, and board, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

- Assist in project management and coordinate special initiatives that align with our mission.

-Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and executive off-sites.

-Research: Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
